The only thing I finished this week was a clothesline bowl. I made mine kind of big. I used 99 yards of clothes line and 1 1/2 yards of fabric. It is 5" deep and 12" across the base. I have also started the quilt for Scott's roommate. I was hoping to have the top and back finished this weekend, it isn't looking good though. I haven't been able to sew since Thursday.

I don't know when I will be able to sew again. I am hoping after Wednesday. I am having to clean out the garage for my Mom Cave. I am getting a new to me Pool Table and BowFlex this week and need room for them.

My goal is to have 20 yards Total Busted by next week though. Check out Judy's blog for the other stash reports.

I am excited to be almost to 10 yards!!! I will be over 10 yards this next week no problem!

I sorta finished a UFO from 2003 this past week. I took a photo today and realized that I pieced one of the boarders wrong. So this week I will be taking it off and fixing it. I will also be able to bust a few yards piecing the back this week. It wont be quilted for awhile but it will be ready when it is time.

I am on my way to my goal of 78 yards Busted For The Year. So I have a ways to go.

My bust isn't anything impressive. I gave some fabric to my friend Jennifer, 14 scrap blocks were made and I got borders on my Charm Square Quilt. I did buy a yard for that but it is already cut and half on my quilt. So not counting it in or out.

Design Wall Monday

This one came off my wall last night. I do have the first 5 blocks to Freckeld Whimsy's Charm Pack Quilt Along up but I haven't found the camera from last night. Head over to Judy's and see all the other Design Walls.

FINALLY!!!! I am back into the positive. This week I pieced a quilt back and cut a twin size top. ALL from my stash. The one quilt I need to finish quilting the borders and I am about half way of the twin top.

Doing the stash busting the last 2 years I have learned what colors I don't need to buy because I don't use them. I have learned what colors I use most. And you can never go wrong buying tone on tones.

Okay I didn't bust as much as I wanted too. I did get 2 tops finished. I am hoping to quilt at least one of them this week. Which will bust more yardage. My current goal is to be in the positive by Labor Day. I should be able to do it.

I was also able to be totally caught up on Freckled Whimsy's Charm Pack Quilt Along. I am now waiting for the next step. I am ahead on my block a day project. I have 31 blocks made. I am not making a dent in my scraps. I am thinking it will be more than 42 blocks.

I was doing REALLY good until Saturday. Then I bought the 5 yards. I did get both pieces of fabric on sale, so that helps. I bought 3.5 yards of Tarragon Kona for Freckled Whimsy's Charm Pack Quilt Along. I also bought 3 charm packs but I don't count them in or out. Plus I start 2 weeks behind and I am almost caught up! The charm packs I got are Moda's Basic Grey Origins, it is VERY funky! The other 1.5 yards is a batik for a border on Hole In My Role. I have the strips but I need a bigger quilt.

My goal for this next week is to be at only -2 yards. Wish me luck!
